Providing the rear wheels with a substantial power is a new STIGA twin-cylinder engine, which runs at a reduced operating temperature for an extended working-life. The cutting deck width of 98 cm ensures quick, though accurate cutting.
The Estate 598 W benefits from a hydrostatic transmission – rather than stop to change gears, as is the case with a manual drive, you’ll be able to accelerate and decelerate in a smooth, controlled manner, which in turn will enable you to negotiate trees, ornaments and landscaping with supreme ease.
There are plenty of comfort features to ensure you’ll enjoy the ride, including an effortless electric blade-engagement.
The STIGA Estate 598 W Lawn Tractor is highly versatile, with its three cutting options – collection, rear-discharge and mulching. The seven available preset cutting-heights (25-80 mm), conferring the adaptability that’s essential for the management of varying grass-conditions.
A build-up of dead grass on the underside of the deck limits performance and causes corrosion, so STIGA made it quick and easy to clean, by equipping the deck with a wash nozzle.
Mulching kit, trailer hitch and battery charger sold separately. A STIGA Ergonomic steering wheel works with a STIGA Classic adjustable high-back seat to make it a delight to drive.
